The Kudremukh Peak Trek is one of the most stunning weekend trekking experiences in South India. Located within the protected Kudremukh National Park in the Western Ghats, this trail features an exceptional mix of deep Shola forests, continuous stream crossings, and sprawling rolling green grasslands. Resembling a horse's face (Kudre-mukha), the peak stands as the third-highest summit in Karnataka, offering a pristine escape from the city.
Our alpine treks follow strict zero-waste leave-no-trace ethics. Ropes, crampons, pulse oximeters, and oxygen cylinders are carried across all high passes.
Board the vehicle from designated pickup points in Bengaluru for a late-evening, overnight journey (~330 km). Travel via Hassan and Chickmagalur, winding through the scenic Western Ghats roads to reach the base area by morning.
