01.What is included in Unreal Journey Spiti & Himalayan trips?
Our trips include reliable mountain fleet transportation (Innova, Scorpio, Tempo Traveler, or SUV tailored to group size), verified high-altitude accommodations (boutique homestays, hotels, and insulated camps), experienced local mountain drivers and guides, inner-line permits where required, and daily breakfast and dinner as specified in the itinerary.
02.How does acclimatization work on your itineraries?
Acclimatization is built directly into our route pacing. When traveling from Shimla/Kinnaur towards Kaza (3,800m), we stage gradual altitude increments across Sarahan, Sangla, and Kalpa before crossing into high Spiti. Our team ensures proper rest days and hydration pacing throughout the journey.
03.What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days prior to departure receive a refund minus an administrative processing fee. Because of mountain logistics and advance room bookings, cancellations within 14 days may be rescheduled for a future available departure slot or converted into trip credits.
04.Can I customize an itinerary for a private group or family?
Yes. Using our Customise Tour page or contacting our team directly, you can adjust departure dates, choose vehicle types (Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveler, Scorpio), customize stay categories, and add side excursions to Chandratal Lake, Pin Valley, or Langza.
05.What kind of transport is used for the journey?
We deploy all kinds of comfortable, mountain-tested transport suited to road conditions and group size — including Toyota Innova, Mahindra Scorpio, Force Tempo Traveler for groups, and standard SUVs.
