Advance & Booking Cancellation
No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. Advance payment is only refundable if the tour is cancelled by us 20 days prior to the tour date; after that date, the advance is strictly non-refundable.
Early Exit / In-Trip Cancellations
Tour package cost is completely non-refundable if you cancel or exit the tours after reaching the destination, or at any point while in the middle of the tour.
Weather & Road Complications
In case of bad roads, natural landslides, or severe weather conditions where the tour plan is forced to adapt, any extra logistics costs incurred must be directly bared by the guests.
Mechanical Breakdown Liability
If the guest's vehicle (or shared convoy element) suffers a mechanical breakdown at the start of the tour or in between the tour, the tour package is non-refundable.
Traveler Scale Reductions
If the number of participants decreases or fails to show up in between the trip, the booking slots remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Traveler Scale Overages
If the number of participants on the tour increases beyond the mutually agreed and promised numbers, all additional provisioning costs must be immediately paid by the guests.
