Preparing mountain routes & live itineraries

An exhilarating 7-day, 6-night expedition into the mist-shrouded frontiers of Western Arunachal Pradesh, starting and ending at Guwahati. Journey through subtropical river valleys, cascading waterfalls, and ancient Monpa tribal settlements before ascending into the snow-clad Eastern Himalayas. Traverse the legendary Sela Pass at 13,700 feet, explore the 400-year-old Tawang Monastery—India's largest Buddhist monastery—and venture up to the high-altitude frontier of Bumla Pass (15,200 ft) along the Indo-China border. Passing serene alpine lakes like Sungester Lake (Madhuri Lake) and deep river gorges, this curated circuit delivers a balanced blend of Himalayan culture, war heritage, and pristine alpine wilderness.
